� My son is now a teenager. Wanting to do more and more on his own. �Again, I thank God that we live in a small community where most of the locals know each other at least by sight. �But we have a large transient population at this time of year - people who come to enjoy the lakes and mountains. It's difficult sometimes to know when to let my son go off alone and when not to. There are so many sick people out there. �
